Samuel Chacon

Dr. Samuel Chacon is devoted to providing you with the best and most up-to-date medical care available. His practice has nearly 19 years of experience in Northern Nevada addressing the OBGYN needs of patients. Dr. Chacon is always there to see women through adolescence, the reproductive years, pregnancy, menopause, and beyond. He is committed to providing you with the highest level of quality care…care that is personal, confidential, and knowledgeable.

He is a native of Gardnerville, Nevada, and graduated with honors from the University of Southern California School of Medicine.
Dr. Samuel Chacon completed his residency at the University of California, San Diego in 1999, and moved back home to where he was born and raised.

In his nearly 19 year career, Dr. Chacon, a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and Board Certified, has delivered thousands of babies while caring for women of all ages. He enjoys providing longitudinal care in the broad spectrum of clinical and surgical issues facing Obstetricians and Gynecologists with a special emphasis on pelvic floor reconstruction and uro-gynecologic issues performing urodynamics in the office. He served the Carson Tahoe Hospital as Chief of the Obstetrics and Gynecology department and served on numerous hospital committees.

He has led mission trips to South Africa and established a relationship with the South African government to provide care to those unable to seek medical care. He also enjoys running marathons, golf, tennis, and travel.
