This board certification is limited to physicians whom possess expertise and knowledge in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery. Dr. Chacon is Northern Nevada’s only dually board certified provider in Urogynecology and Obstetrics & Gynecology – making him one of the best women’s health providers in Reno – offering women the most advanced clinical and surgical options for their health.
Urogynecologists are sub-specialists of Obstetrics and Gynecology who have completed additional training and critical experience to use in the evaluation and treatment of conditions affecting female pelvic organs and the muscles/connective tissue that support them.
